Taking better care of you improves your chances of a long healthy life. We’d like you to relax and enjoy yourself on our adventure, so that when you do return to work, you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Academic Escapes recommends that while on the cruise you try:

  • Walk around and enjoy the wonder that surrounds you

  • Get plenty of rest- sleep in!

  • Indulge in a stress reducing facial or foot rub
  • Relax in the hot tub
  • Sit on the deck at night an count the stars
  • Take a long leisurely bath
  • Enjoy quiet time
